Red Carded is an independent fan-made entertainment product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any football federation, league, club, player, broadcaster, or sponsor.
Red Carded (“the Game”) is a free web-based entertainment game operated by Red Carded, a New York-based project, where you submit football (soccer) takes and receive AI-generated verdicts. It is not a betting, gambling, or prediction platform. No real money is involved.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Red Carded. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will delete their data and restrict access.
When you submit a take, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use that content in connection with: operating the Game; generating and displaying verdicts, share cards, leaderboards, and public share pages; promoting Red Carded; creating aggregated or de-identified analytics, audience insights, research, reports, or similar products; improving or developing Red Carded or successor products. We will never publicly attribute a specific take to you by name or email without your explicit consent.
If you claim a spot on the leaderboard, any display name you enter will be shown publicly alongside your take and score. Do not enter a display name you are not comfortable being seen by others.
Verdicts, roasts, reports, and commentary are generated by AI (powered by Anthropic). They are entertainment only — not professional analysis, advice, or factual assertions. The AI may produce inaccurate, exaggerated, or humorous statements. Don't rely on them for anything serious.
You can play Red Carded without providing your email or directly identifying information. If you choose to submit your email address (e.g. to receive updates or claim a leaderboard spot), you must first agree to this Terms & Conditions document and our Privacy Policy by checking the consent checkbox. No email is collected without this consent.
Don't submit takes that are hateful, threatening, or contain personal information about others. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if you misuse the Game. Keep it about football.
The Game is provided “as is.” We may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time without notice. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.
If Red Carded is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your data, including emails, gameplay data, user-generated content, and related records, may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity as part of that transaction. The successor may continue to use the data as described in this Terms document and our Privacy Policy unless you are notified of a different policy or required by law to receive additional choices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Carded and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. Red Carded's total liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Game, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Carded and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, your misuse of the Game, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
